Our Method:

It is our simple aim to bring more awareness of both Reiki and Elastic Taping into the world.

Everyone involved in the AZ Reiki and Taping Academy has experienced the calm, loving, and transformative power of Reiki as well as therapeutic healing of Elastic Taping. We want to share this with as many people as possible.

Reiki is both a healing energy, as well as a spiritual path for self-development. Therefore, our Method for this training is slightly more holistic than in other courses, with particular emphasis on using Reiki for self-growth and understanding.

Elastic Sports Taping has been applied for many years to treat conditions such as sports injuries or orthopedic problems, recent studies and patient reports indicate that this technique may also be a useful tool in the treatment and management of lymphedema.

The Healing:

Reiki heals on different levels: The physical, the emotional, the mental, and the spiritual.

Elastic Tape uses a lifting technique to create space in the underlying tissue. The space results in less pressure on the blood and lymphatic vessels, as well as nerve endings. The healing begins at physical, emotional, and mental levels.

At the AZ Reiki and Taping Academy, we have real world experience with these methods. Having experienced it ourselves, we are aware that healing often takes place in an unexpected and transformative way.

Reiki and Elastic Taping are an integral part of the healing path, but cannot take the place of your Doctor.

About the teachers:

All of our teaching is based on personal experience and comprehensive research. The style is personal and tranquil, with hopefully the right balance of theory, experience, and fun.

The groups are kept to a maximum of 10 students, allowing enough time for questions and personal reflection.

Reiki and Elastic Taping are mainly learned and understood through active and interactive instruction. Therefore, we offer many exercises working in pairs to get "hands-on" experience.

As an added benefit, we have also interviewed many professionals that are seeking Reiki and Elastic Taping professionals and have geared our classes toward those requests.
